Should there be any missing receipts, I will ask for them because any and all transactions on your bank account needs to be justified.

When the whole year has been accounted for, it's time to close the books. You will get both the official version and the owners versions since official is the one to be registered with PRH and Tax Administration together with the tax return and owners will get a more detailed one.
